What are switching cycles?

Switching cycles indicate the lifespan of a lamp, expressed in the number of times a lamp can be switched on and off. This helps determine whether a lamp is suitable for the application you have in mind.

For example, lighting in a bathroom is often switched on and off more frequently than in a living room. In that case, a lamp with a higher switching cycle is better suited because it can withstand frequent switching without wearing out faster.
