When you pay with a pay-later method such as Klarna, the payment platform advances the amount due to us on your behalf.

When we refund the amount, we do this directly to Klarna. Klarna then closes the outstanding invoice in your Klarna account, after which you no longer need to pay. Once we have transferred the amount back to Klarna and you receive a confirmation, the full process continues via Klarna. It may take 1-5 business days for Klarna to fully process the refund and cancel your invoice.
