Refunds are received via the same payment method you selected to complete your order. For regular payment methods, such as regular debit card methods, it may take 2-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Paid with a pay-later method? Then we transfer the money back to the platform that advanced the payment for you. Once they confirm the refund, your invoice will be canceled.

Paid with a credit card? Depending on the card issuer and the amount, the transaction may take slightly longer to appear in your statements. In most cases, you will see it within 2-14 days. In some cases (for example, payments above a certain amount), it may take up to 30 days before the refund is visible in your statements. For more information, check the terms of your card issuer.

Paid through PayPal? In that case, we transfer the amount back to your PayPal account. Depending on your PayPal account settings, the amount will appear in your PayPal balance within 5 business days. If you have a linked bank account with automatic allocation for incoming transactions, the money will be automatically returned to that account via PayPal.
