When your return has been delivered to us according to tracking, we have 14 days to check, assess, and refund your return, provided it meets the return conditions.

Waiting for a refund

Haven’t received your refund after 14 days? Always double-check your statements. It is possible that the refund has already been made, but you overlooked it. Since we offer different payment methods and our name may not be immediately visible in your transaction overview, we recommend checking by amount first; you will then find our name on your bank statement.
