Lightexpert Returns Portal

You can use the Lightexpert Returns Portal where you can return your order with Royal Mail at a reduced rate as long as your order has been shipped through Royal Mail as well. The costs are approximately 4.95 GBP per return. (Please note, if you have ordered for business you cannot use this).

Step 1: Go to our returns portal (click here) and login with your order number (LIGHT)+ email.

Step 2: Follow all steps until you receive a return label from us

Step 3: Make sure the return is properly packed and stick the received return label on the package and deliver it to the chosen DPD service point.

Step 4: Once we have received the return shipment we will make sure that the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days at the latest.

NOTE: Returns are always at your own risk, including when problems arise with the carrier or when a product breaks down during a return. It is therefore advisable to check all products in advance for possible breakage and then pack the products properly to prevent any breakage during the return shipment.
