Lightexpert Returns Portal

You can use the Lightexpert Returns Portal where you can return your order with DPD at a reduced rate. For customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, the cost is €5.95 per return. (Please note, if you have ordered for business you cannot use this).

Step 1: Go to our returns portal (click here) and login with your order number (LIGHT)+ email.

Step 2: Follow all steps until you receive a return label from us

Step 3: Make sure the return is properly packed and stick the received return label on the package and deliver it to the chosen DPD service point.

Step 4: Once we have received the return shipment we will make sure that the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days at the latest.

NOTE: Returns are always at your own risk, including when problems arise with the carrier or when a product breaks down during a return. It is therefore advisable to check all products in advance for possible breakage and then pack the products properly to prevent any breakage during the return shipment.
