We do not offer any free return service.

We do however offer a reduced return rate through DPD. You can use our return portal in order to register your return. Once it has been accepted, you will receive the possibility to purchase a DPD return label at a reduced rate.

In case of defects with one or multiple of your products that you, in turn, would like to return, this must be clearly stated while registering your return. In case of this situation, our support team will contact you in order to find a solution.
