There is a problem with or damage to the received item
Have you received one or more products that were damaged during transport, or have you received the wrong product? That is of course very unfortunate.
To resolve this, we recommend that you immediately take clear photos of the product or products in question showing the damage clearly. You can then contact our customer service via the contact form. Here you can also add a photo of the defect.
Please note: Do not throw away defective or incorrectly delivered products right away! It may be that we need to receive your item back to assess the damage ourselves or to exchange the product. If the item is no longer available and you cannot provide us with visual material of the damage or proof that you received the wrong product, unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you further.
