I received a defective or damaged product, what can I do?

Are you under the impression that you received a defective product? Click here to check if your order is covered under the warranty period/conditions. If it does, we will assist you further.

Please inform our customer service which item is defective by reaching out through the contact form. To evaluate the defect, you must provide us with visual evidence of the defective item, which can be in the form of a photo or video, depending on the nature of the product and the complaint. We will review the complaint based on the submitted images and offer a solution accordingly. Without valid visual evidence, we cannot process your complaint.

Unfortunately, we cannot directly resolve defect complaints over the phone, so we kindly ask that you only contact us via the contact form if the above complaint applies.
