I am unsatisfied with my products, can I return them?

Should you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you can return the products without giving reasons and without any conditions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. For the fastest possible processing of your return, we ask you to register the return via the online return form on our website. If you prefer not to use this, it is no problem for us. Please note that this does affect the return process, which may delay processing.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 30 days after cancellation to return your product. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are always at your own risk, please make sure that the items are properly packed.


Lightexpert return portal

You can use the Lightexpert Returns portal where you can return your order with DPD at a reduced rate.

Step 1: Go to our returns portal (click here) and login with your order number (LIGHT)+ email.

Step 2: Follow all steps until you receive a return label (after approval request you will receive a label)

Step 3: Make sure the return shipment is well packed, the product is in its original packaging and stick the received return label on the package and deliver it to a DPD service point.

Step 4: Once we have received the return shipment, we will ensure that the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days at the latest.

*We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging. This packaging serves as protection during transport, so that you can return the product to us undamaged.
