A cancellation, change or addition to your order has been made once you have received confirmation of this by email or telephone. If this is not the case, the order will be shipped as originally placed. Therefore, any return costs or shipping costs for a new order will be borne by our customer.
Are you not satisfied with the order you received or have you received a defective item? Then of course we will solve this nicely for you!
There are 2 types of returns, namely:
Right of return within 30 days.
Return due to defective / wrong product
Please note that all business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
1: Conditions right of withdrawal within 30 days
Should you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you can return the products without giving any reason without any conditions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. For the fastest possible processing of your return, we ask you to register the return via the online return form on our website. Should you prefer not to use this, it is no problem for us. Please note that this may impair the process and take longer to process.
You have the right to revoke your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. The revocation period expires 30 days after the day of revocation. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.
Return shipments are always at your own risk, even if problems arise with the carrier.
There is no visible user damage, either on the product or on the packaging
It does not concern a business order
If the returned products meet the above conditions, we will credit the entire purchase price, including any shipping costs of the order, to your bank, credit card or PayPal account within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a credit invoice for this via email. The return costs will be at your own expense. If the returned product(s) do not meet our return conditions, the purchase amount will not be credited and we will contact you about this.
2: Return due to defect / breakage / wrong
Are the items you ordered defective, damaged or wrongly delivered? Then we will solve this for you as soon as possible! Report your return via our returns portal (click here) and login with your order number (LIGHT)+ zip code. Clearly state what is wrong. Try to include a picture where we can clearly see what is wrong.
After notification, we will immediately start assessing the request and you will be kept informed.
Products can only be returned for private orders. Business orders cannot use the return right.
