My tracking link has not provided updates for several days

Has your track & trace not received any updates for several days? This can have various causes. There may be a delay within the network of the relevant parcel service, for example due to one or more public holidays or local weather conditions.

Does there seem to be no logical explanation? Then contact our customer service immediately. This can be done via the chat or the contact form. In that case, we can initiate an investigation with the parcel service and inform you about the current status of your parcel.
