Delivery issues

My order status shows "delivered", but I have not received anything yet. What should I do now?

It can happen that an order has already been scanned as ‘delivered’ by the courier, while it has not actually been handed over yet. In most cases, the package will then be delivered the following day or left with the neighbours. We therefore advise you to always wait at least 24 hours after receiving the ‘delivered’ email and also check with your neighbours.

If the order is still not received after this period, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can then immediately start an investigation with the carrier. The sooner the report is made, the sooner we can resolve the issue for you.
