It may be that the carrier in question has performed a scan on your package, but has not been able to deliver it yet. In most cases, your order will be delivered to you the next day, or it has been delivered to your neighbors. This is why we strongly suggest waiting at least 24 hours after the status states that your order has been delivered and be sure to check with your neighbors or anyone else within your household.
When your order has not been delivered after that time, we advise you to contact our support team as soon as possible, as they will be able to contact the carrier for you and request an investigation.
The sooner our customer support is aware of your package not being delivered, the faster they may be able to resolve the issue for you.
