Delivery issues

My order has been shipped but I have not received anything yet?

Has your order been shipped, but you have not yet received a confirmation or tracking information? Then it may be that your order has been delayed. This can be due to the weekend, public holidays, busy periods at the delivery services, or extra busy periods in our warehouse.

If you have not received any updates five working days after placing your order or if the track-and-trace status remains unchanged, please contact our customer service. In that case, we can initiate an investigation with the delivery service to find out the status of your shipment.


Delayed delivery

Has your order been delivered later than expected? That is, of course, unfortunate. Please be aware that delays with carriers can occur, for example, due to busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Unfortunately, we have no influence over this, and in such cases, we cannot refund shipping costs. Of course, we are happy to think along with you and assist you where possible.
