All products that we offer on our site have a stock status. All products that have a direct availability, are shipped the same business day when ordered before 22:00. Parcels shipped to Belgium generally take 1-2 business days to be delivered by the postal carriers.

Products that are not directly available, have a general delivery time of 1-3 business days. When an order is being placed for one or more products that are not directly available due to a shortage in stock, we wait for these products to be restocked before the rest of your order will be processed. This way, we are able to keep the shipping rates low, as well as our general product prices.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped either by DPD or Trunkrs. Trunkrs is an additional service that provides evening deliveries at an additional price which can be chosen during checkout. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automatic mail containing your tracking information. This code can be used to check the transit process and indicates when your order will be delivered.

Shipping costs Belgium

Orders to Belgium are shipped at a shipping price of €5,95. If your order exceeds the total price of €50,- (excluding shipping), there are no shipping costs. Orders to Belgium have a general estimated delivery time of 2 business days.
