All our products are indicated with a stock status. All items with the stock status 'in stock' are ordered on workdays before 10 pm and sent the same day. Articles that are not directly in stock generally have a delivery time of one to three business days. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we wait until the order is complete before we ship it (this also applies to orders with personalized products). This is how we keep shipping costs low and our prices competitive.
DELIVERY TIMES
All orders* placed before 10 pm will be dispatched the same day. The lead time for delivery is within 3 business days.
*The above indications apply to items that are in stock. If products are not in stock, the shipping will be delayed by (approximately) 1-3 business days. This will be indicated with the products and in the shopping cart. If products are ordered on Friday that are not in stock, they can only be sent on Tuesday at the earliest.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped through regular shipping services. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. Through this code, you can see on what day and at what time the package will be delivered.

*Please note that we do not ship to Guernsey, Jersey, or the Isle of Man.
**Please note that Royal Mail parcels delivered to 'safe-places' are checked by default unless instructed otherwise through the Royal Mail app by the recipient.

SHIPMENT OPTIONS
Only outbound shipments via Royal Mail can be returned to us directly.
Returns for DPD shipments must be arranged by the customer. To do this, select 'Arrange self-post' when registering your return.
No Delivery to Parcel Stations
Unfortunately, we do not ship to parcel stations or other pickup points. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.
