If it is not in there, it may be that something has gone wrong during the payment process.
There is also a small chance that your order has been delayed due to an extremely high amount of orders/parcels being processed by our warehouse, or within the postal carriers' network. You will be notified by mail when your order will be moved forward. You will be able to track it with the tracking link you receive in the mail.
Are there certain items within your order that are on backorder? In that case, it may take longer for your order to be processed and shipped. If you have questions regarding back-orders, be sure to contact our support team.
