Can I change my delivery address?

Did you accidentally enter an incorrect shipping address when ordering and would like to change it? Please notify us as soon as possible via our chatbot at the bottom right of the page. Our customer service will be happy to check if the change can still be made.

Please note that changing the address may delay the processing of your order by approximately one working day. You will be informed about this via email.

Address changes are only possible via the chatbot. Requests submitted through the contact form cannot always be processed in time due to the fast logistics handling. Therefore, a change or cancellation via this method is not guaranteed.

If your order has already been shipped and the address can no longer be changed, you can exercise your right of return after receipt or refuse the package.
