Can I change my delivery address?

Did you make a mistake while providing us with your address details when placing your order and would you like to change these? You can do this by contact us through our chatbot (You can find the chatbot in the right bottom corner of our homepage).

When you request a change in your address information, this may result in your order being slightly delayed, up to a day. You will be notified about this through email.

Requesting to change your address details is only possible through our chat. In case you use our contact form, an order cancellation or address change is not guaranteed due to the logistical progress and our support availability.

In case it is no longer possible to change your address, your order will be shipped and in most cases, returned to us automatically if the postal carrier deems your address undeliverable.
