We're sorry to hear one or more items from your order appear to be missing. It could be that our warehouse staff packed your order in a way where smaller items are not directly visible within the packaging. Our warehouse staff may tape smaller items on the inside of the package in order to reduce damage during transit, for this reason, be sure to check the entire content of the packaging as well as the bigger items within your order.
