Item missing from order
It is, of course, frustrating if you notice that an item is missing from your order. In some cases, smaller products are packed extra securely or fixed in the box to prevent damage. This means they may not be immediately noticeable. Therefore, always carefully check the entire contents of the shipping box, including any inner packaging or larger items.
If you still think something is missing, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. To assist you as quickly as possible, we ask you to send clear photos of the received products and the packaging.
