Problem or damage to received item

Have you received one or more products that were damaged during transport, or have you received an incorrect item? That is of course very unfortunate and we would like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

We advise you to immediately take clear photos showing the damage clearly. If possible, also take a photo of the entire delivery and the packaging. This helps us to assess your report more quickly and accurately.

You can then contact our customer service via the contact form. You can upload a photo of the defect at the same time. After you have submitted your report, we will contact you by email.

Based on the information received, we will assess the situation and arrange a suitable solution as soon as possible, such as replacement, repair or another resolution.

Important: do not throw away damaged or incorrectly delivered products. In some cases, we will ask you to return the item so that we can assess it, or to exchange it.
If the product is no longer available or you cannot provide proof of the damage or incorrect delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to assist you further.
