There is a problem with or damage to the received item
Did you receive one (or more) products that were damaged during transport, or did you receive the wrong product? That is of course very unfortunate.
To resolve this, we recommend that you immediately take clear photos of the product(s) in question so that the damage is clearly visible. Then you can contact our customer service via the contact form. Although you cannot upload photos in the contact form, we will ask you by email to send them. Based on the visible damage in the photo, we will provide you with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Note: Do not throw away defective or incorrectly delivered products immediately! It may be necessary for us to receive your item back to assess the damage ourselves or to exchange the product. If the item is no longer available and you cannot provide us with images of the damage or proof that you received the wrong product, unfortunately, we cannot do anything for you.
