Our discount codes are only sent and communicated by us directly. Have you found a code through a third party that claims it can be used here, but it doesn’t work? Then it may have expired or was not issued by us.
The codes are often valid only for a certain period, such as a weekend or a specific week. After this period, the codes are no longer valid.

Problem with payment or checkout

Are you sure your code is valid, but you are still experiencing problems at checkout? This can have different reasons. You may be trying to add multiple discount codes to your order. Only one code can be used per order. In this case, you can contact our customer service to have the codes combined.

Of course, the problem may also not be with the discount code, but with your payment method.
