Unfortunately, due to automated logistical reasons, it is not possible to change your order after your order has been placed. Did you forget something upon placing your order? In that case, we advise you to try and cancel your order by using the chatbot on our homepage.
When our customer support confirms your order has been canceled and refunded, you can place a new order accordingly. (Be advised that cancellations are only guaranteed once our support team confirms them).
You can of course always choose to simply place a new order immediately with the missing products in question.
