Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order afterwards. Due to the automated processing in our warehouse and logistics process, your order is immediately processed.
Did you forget to add something or have you changed your mind? You can submit a cancellation request via the chatbot at the bottom right of the page. Our customer service will then assess whether the order can still be cancelled.
Please note: a cancellation is not guaranteed. Always wait for confirmation from our customer service before placing a new order.
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been cancelled, you can easily place a new order with the correct products.
