Change items or quantity

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products or quantities to your existing order afterwards. Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed.

Did you forget to add something? Then you can contact us via the chat at the bottom right of the page to have your order cancelled. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with this.

Once you have received confirmation that the order has been cancelled, you can easily place a new order with the correct products and quantities.

If you prefer not to use cancellation, you can also choose to place an additional order for the missing item. Please note that this order will be processed separately and may be delivered at a different time.
