If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address during ordering and would like to change it, please contact us as soon as possible via our chatbot at the bottom right of the page. We will gladly check if we can still make the change for you.

Please note that changing the address may delay the processing of your order by approximately one working day. You will, of course, be informed about this by email.

Due to the fast processing in our warehouse, it may happen that your order has already been processed and shipped before the change was communicated. In that case, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the address. You can then make use of your right of withdrawal after you have received the order.
