Order shipped in multiple parts

Order not fully delivered

As orders are sometimes divided into multiple packages, it may happen that not all packages are delivered at the same time. One package may arrive earlier than another. Therefore, always carefully check the different track & trace codes you have received and monitor the status of each package.

Are you missing a package after delivery and do you feel something is wrong? Please feel free to contact our customer service. We are happy to assist you and will investigate it for you.


Delayed delivery

Was your order delivered later than expected? That is of course unfortunate. Please be aware that carriers can sometimes be busier than expected, which may cause delays in delivery. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and cannot refund shipping costs in such cases. Of course, we are happy to assist you if you have any questions about your shipment.
