Change items or quantity

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an existing order afterwards. Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed in our system to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
 

Did you forget to add something or have you changed your mind? You can have the order cancelled via the chat. Our customer service will be happy to assist you with this. Once you have received confirmation from us that the order has been successfully cancelled, you can easily place a new order with the correct items and/or quantities.
 

Would you rather not wait for cancellation? You can also choose to place an additional order for the missing item. Please note that in this case, additional shipping costs may apply and the orders will be delivered separately.
