I have not received any confirmation emails. What is the status of my order?

 

After placing your order, you will receive email updates about the status of your order. In the first email, you will find a personalised link that allows you to track the progress of your order. Here you can see, among other things, whether your order is being processed, still needs to be packed, or is ready for dispatch.

As soon as your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a second email from the carrier. This email contains a track & trace link that allows you to follow exactly where your package is and when you can expect it. Can't find any emails? Please also check your spam or junk email folder.

 

Order not delivered

Have you not received any confirmation or updates, or has your order not been delivered? Please contact us immediately so we can investigate this for you.

It may happen that something went wrong during the placement of your order. Therefore, make sure that you complete each step when entering your payment details by clicking ‘Confirm’. If this is not done, the order may be in our system but not successfully paid for. In that case, the order will not be processed further.
