Have you placed an order but are unsure what the status means? Below you will find a brief explanation of the three possible statuses:
 

1. Picking it right now
Your order is currently being processed in our warehouse. The items are being gathered and carefully packed so they can be prepared for shipping.
 

2. Shipped
Your order has been packed and shipped. Via the link in the email, you can open the track & trace page to follow the delivery and view the expected delivery date. Additionally, you will receive updates from the carrier by email.
 

3. Waiting for stock (backorder)
One or more items from your order are currently out of stock. As soon as all products are available again in our warehouse, your order will be shipped complete.
