Do I need to make a payment after ordering to receive my order?

No, once you have placed your order and chosen a payment method such as Klarna or Billink, the payment is processed through this party as an intermediary. This means that your order will be processed and shipped as usual and you will only pay afterwards via Klarna or Billink according to their payment terms.

Once you have received your order, you can pay the invoice using the payment instructions from Klarna or Billink. You will also receive notification from them about this.

If you receive an email with a payment request that does not appear to come from Klarna, Billink, or us in the meantime, always carefully check the sender and the content of the message. Do you suspect misuse or fraud? Please report this immediately so that we can investigate it for you.
