I am unable to place/pay for an order

If you are unable to place the order, it may be that the cookies are preventing this. Try deleting the cookies and entering the order again.

It may also be that your details have not been entered correctly. Always check that everything is correct. 

Problem with payment or checkout

Having trouble paying? Try pressing ''confirm'' after each step, including the selected payment method. Sometimes your order may have been received, and you can see it in your account, but the order has not been paid for correctly, meaning the order will never be shipped. Please contact our customer service for this, we can then check what exactly went wrong and possibly send a new payment link.
