After resetting my lights/devices, they still won’t connect. What else can I do?

1. Check the Wi-Fi Network

  • Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as our Smart products do not support 5 GHz connections.


2. Check Router Load

  • Check how many devices are currently connected to your router.

  • If there are more than 20 connected devices, the network may be overloaded, preventing new devices from connecting.

  • In this case, we recommend installing an additional Wi-Fi Access Point to strengthen the network.


3. Check Router Settings

  • Some routers have restrictions or security settings that can block new devices from pairing.

  • Refer to your router’s manual or contact your internet service provider for guidance on adjusting settings.


Following these steps will increase the chances of your lamps and devices successfully connecting to the network.
