The internal software (firmware) of our Smart products is updated automatically. This ensures that your devices always have the latest features and optimisations, without any manual action required.
When an update is available, it is rolled out gradually to all Smart products. If you wish to speed up the process, follow these steps:
Open the app and select the desired device.
Click the pencil icon in the top right corner.
Scroll down and select Check for firmware upgrades.
If an update is available, it will be installed automatically on your device.
Important:
During the update, the device may temporarily become unresponsive. Once the update is complete, the device will restart automatically. Never turn off the device during the update process, as this may cause irreparable damage.
