We are often asked how many Smart devices can be connected in the Smart apps and whether there are any limits. These limits do exist, but they are generous enough that the average user is unlikely to reach them.
Below is an overview of the main limits in the Smart apps (such as Tuya-based apps):

Devices per home: up to 200 devices
Tap-to-Run actions: maximum 100 per home
Smart automations: maximum 100 per home
Tasks per Tap-to-Run: maximum 150 tasks
Tasks per automation: maximum 150 tasks
Conditions per automation: maximum 10 conditions
User and account limits
Simultaneous logins: up to 200 mobile devices per account
Homes per account: maximum 20

Consider your Wi-Fi capacity
Even though the app limits are generous, the actual number of devices you can use at the same time often depends on the capacity of your Wi-Fi router.
A standard router usually supports 20 to 30 simultaneous connections. Adding more devices may reduce network speed or the app may indicate that no more devices can be added.
If you want to use many Smart devices simultaneously, we recommend choosing a more powerful router or a Wi-Fi Mesh system. This ensures a stable connection and optimal performance for all your Smart devices.
