What if I have not yet received my order confirmation or tracking details?

Order confirmations contain essential details about your purchase and the tracking of your shipment.
If you haven’t received this email, it may affect your ability to track the status of your order. In this article, we explain the key steps to take if your order confirmation is missing.


 

Check your email and spam folder

Order confirmations are sent immediately after purchase. Sometimes, our email may be incorrectly filtered. Check the following folders in your inbox:

  • Inbox

  • Spam or junk folder

  • Promotions or Social tab (if using Gmail)
     

Verify your email address

A common reason for a missing confirmation is a typo in the email address provided. Check the address you entered when placing your order.

Suspect an error? Contact our customer service. We can manually send you your tracking details and invoice. Note: Due to technical automations, we cannot resend the original order confirmation.
